1. Agreement
These terms apply to the DK Dimension Inc. website and to inquiries you send through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

3. The website is information, not a contract
Photos, videos, testimonials, process steps, and copy on this site describe our work. They are not a guarantee that your project will look identical or cost a specific amount. Every home is different.
Filling out “Get in touch” or “Get a plan” asks us to contact you. It does not hire us, lock a price, or start construction. A remodel only becomes a binding job when both sides sign a written agreement that states scope, price, and schedule.
4. Estimates and plans
Any plan, quote, or estimate we send after an inquiry is based on the information you give us and what we can see at the time. It may change after a site visit, when finishes are chosen, or if hidden conditions show up in the house. Until a signed contract says otherwise, numbers are estimates.
5. Your responsibilities when you inquire
Give us accurate contact details and a fair description of the work you want. You are responsible for getting permission from anyone else on the account or property who must agree to a remodel. Do not submit someone else’s personal information unless you are allowed to.
6. Text messages
Optional checkboxes on the form let you receive (a) non-marketing texts about your inquiry or project, and/or (b) marketing texts. Consent is not required to request a plan by phone or email. Reply STOP to cancel texts, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
7. Intellectual property
The DK Dimension name, logo, site design, photos, and videos are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for another business without our written OK. Homeowners we have worked with remain free to photograph and share their own finished rooms.
8. Third-party links
Facebook, Instagram, and other outbound links are not under our control. Their terms and privacy rules apply once you leave our site.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, spam, fake inquiries, or anything illegal. We may ignore or delete abusive submissions.
10. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by Ontario law, DK Dimension Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the website alone. This does not limit rights you have under a signed renovation contract or under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the website, except where the law says otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
