1. Who we are
This policy is for DK Dimension Inc. (“DK Dimension,” “we,” “us”), an interior design and renovation company serving homeowners in Windsor-Essex, Ontario. Owner: David Kmet.
Website: dkdimension.com
Email: [email protected]
Phone: 519-999-8877
2. What this covers
It explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our website, fill out a remodel inquiry form, call or email us, or consent to text messages. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario rules.
3. Information we collect
You may give us:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- The room or project you want remodeled (kitchen, fireplace, bathroom, full home, other)
- Optional consent to receive non-marketing texts and/or marketing messages
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a call, email, or follow-up
If you only browse the site, we may still collect basic technical data such as browser type, device, and pages viewed. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.
4. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Call or email you back about a remodel plan
- Prepare estimates, schedules, and project communication
- Send appointment or project texts if you opted in
- Send marketing texts or emails only if you opted in
- Improve the website and keep records of inquiries
- Meet legal, insurance, or accounting duties
Submitting a form is a request for us to contact you. It is not a construction contract.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the non-marketing box, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, and project updates. If you check the marketing box, we may also send promotional messages about DK Dimension services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is optional and not required to get a remodel plan by phone or email.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:
- Our CRM and form tools (including GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) so inquiries reach our team
- Trades or suppliers working on your job, if you become a client
- Professional advisors (accounting, insurance, legal) when required
- Authorities if the law requires it
Those providers may store data in Canada or other countries. We expect them to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.
7. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable business period after that (typically up to seven years for project, tax, or warranty files). You can ask us to delete an unused inquiry and we will, unless we must keep it by law.
8. Your choices
You can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Withdraw marketing or SMS consent (STOP, or email us)
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need
Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have a concern we cannot resolve.
9. Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies or similar tools that are needed for the page to work, or to understand which pages are visited. You can block cookies in your browser. Some features may then work less well.
10. Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
